LASIK surgery is provided on a fee for service basis. Payment is expectd the day of surgery. We want to make your LASIK procedure is as affordable as possible.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We also provide financing through Care Credit and Chase Health Advance.
Our price includes the pre-operative care, post-operative care and any enhancements you may need for two years following your surgery. Any services needed after the two year post-operative period is on a fee for service bases.
