LASIK surgery is provided on a fee for service basis.  Payment is expected the day of surgery.

LASIK is flexible spending account approved!

Our price includes the pre-operative care, post-operative care and any enhancements you may need for two years following your surgery.  Any services needed after the two year post-operative period is on a fee for service bases.
